Is there a change you’d like to make in your life in the new year? Or in the next five years? In the next decade? Join Joanna for a 30 day program encompassing meditation and and yoga to lay a foundation for true and lasting change.

So many of us have set out on a path to make a positive change in our lives full of energy and determination only to find ourselves one or two months later losing steam and full of discouragement. Why is that? And how can we approach change from a sustainable perspective: slowly, methodically, with awareness and consciousness?

Part of the reason why we may have failed in the past is that we didn’t set a firm foundation from which to make change.

When we make change, it has to be from the right place within us. We need a foundation of self-compassion and self-love. To make change from a place of self-criticism or self-loathing will only lead to failure. Although self-love and self-compassion may seem “woo woo” and as if you are going to be easy on yourself, this is not the case. Modern neuroscience teaches us that when we are self-critical we experience flight or flight responses which undermine our willpower and put us at risk for dropping back into old, conditioned patterns that feel safe but are actually self-destructive.

The program includes

  • Weekly group sessions limited to 10 or fewer participants to learn new skills and get support

  • 90 minutes of individual one-on-one time with Joanna to receive guidance and individualized instruction

  • A booklet outlining suggested practices to help you lay the foundation you need to make lasting change

  • Additional weekly email support containing recommended reading

  • Guidance on how to set up a sustainable home practice

  • Individualized and/or group help overcoming the inevitable obstacles that come up when we undertake a new challenge.

Three meeting times to choose from (choose one to commit to for four weeks):

  • Sundays 6:00-8:00pm in person at Evolve in Leavenworth

  • Thursdays 2:30-4:30pm in person at Evolve in Leavenworth

  • Fridays 8:00-10:00am online via Zoom

The value of this program is over $400. If you register before December 15, you’ll receive a special introductory price of $295. After December 15, the price increases by $50.
